The location of the hotel is convenient to visit the mall road and church. the hotel is situated on top of the hill behind the Church on Jakhu Road with an incredible view. Service at the restaurant is lovely with comfortable food. the staff is courteous.
The room wasn't comfortable to sleep in. It was difficult to regulate the shower;

The beds had electric blankets which was great for the chilly weather. the view from the room was fantastic with a beautiful outlook of the scenic valley. the breakfast spread was good with made-to-order eggs and it was reasonably priced.
The hotel is more suited for backpackers as the roads to it are restricted and can be difficult to find. the shower tiles were broken, and the vent under the sink was dirty.

During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed stunning mountain views from our room and delicious food at the hotel restaurant. The location was key, as it offered easy access to popular attractions and landmarks in the area. we appreciated the helpful and friendly staff who were always available to answer any questions.
The room was a bit cramped and lacked proper air circulation, making it a little stuffy at times. The bathroom was also inconveniently small and lacked proper drainage, leading to occasional flooding.

The hotel is located at a beautiful place, nestled in the lap of mountains, offering an excellent view of the city. The staff at this hotel is very warm and hospitable, providing prompt service. The rooms at this hotel have decent decor and are spacious, with good ventilation. The breakfast served at this hotel includes all varieties of foods and is lip-smacking.
All was taken care of with attention to detail.
